We are a local family run business, based in rural suffolk, operating in the Felixstowe, Woodbridge and Ipswich areas.
With a life long passion for gardening and general out door life, it is a pleasure to be able to help other people to enjoy their gardens as much as we do.
We believe that with careful planning and an open mind in all areas of Landscaping, Gardening and Conservation, you can achieve that perfect outdoor space specific to your personal requirements.
There are a few main priciples to concider when designing your garden.
Function & Focal Point:
Considering the function of the space is the most fundamental prinicple and a great place to start with regards to where you may then place a focal point or choose to use an existing natural one. The focal Point draws your eye through the space creating an element of wonder.
Proportion & Perspective:
Keeping the Proportion and Perspective is key to the overall size of the space, how much you can fit in, and the size of individual details helping them to harmonise, bringing the overall design together.
Symmetry Repetition & Harmony:
Simplifying your design details using repetition of plants, trees, or garden ornaments helps the design to flow freely, with symetry adding balance to the deisgn. Harmony is all down to the relationship between the materials, colours, heights and form you have chosen and how they compliment or contrast with eachother.
